How to USE the Home Search

First Steps:

1.) Locate the white search bar at the top of the map. It is the one that contains the phrase, “Jump to a Location.”

2.) Enter a city name, zip code, or address where you would like to begin your search. Press “Enter” on your keyboard to begin the search.

(For the time being, ignore the gray large search box that appears automatically in the top left portion of the map. In fact, you can even close out of it by clicking on the box with the “X” at the top right corner of the gray box).

3.) Once you are zoomed into a location on the map, you can customize the search to find homes that fit your criteria. Click on the top left corner on the map where it says, “Search.” The gray search box will appear with several different criteria fields. Input all the information that is relevant to your search.

(Note: Tot=Total, SF=Square Feet, Senior Com=Senior Community)

Listing Alerts

If you would like to be notified any time a new property enters the market, be sure to sign up for listing alerts, brought to you by our partners at Cloud Streams.

1.) Below the map, enter your email in the white search box directly above the blue box.

2.) You will then be prompted to input your search criteria for homes that you would be interested in.

(Location, Property Type (Be sure to put residential), Minimum Price, Maximum Price, # of Bedrooms, # of Bathrooms, Square feet, etc.)

Note: The best searches have at least a specific location, maximum price, and # of Bedrooms
